Absolute shambles of a letting agent and time wasters. I viewed a property (two actually in the same day), was emailed and told 1-2 week average for an answer and that They chased up a landlord response to make the process smooth but then repeatedly told they don't have an ETA and because the landlords are overseas it was just a waiting game. No surprise, it's just landlords living abroad making money off the rest of us. I finally get a response and what do they say? They incorrectly accused me of wanting to move in with a pet even though my application said no pets. Sadly, my cat passed away early December. There was no question being asked, only a 'it's been brought to my attention... You've been rejected'. Avoid this place like the plague. I can't wait until may rolls around and you can't reject people for having pets, or apparently having pets previously that have since passed in their case. And to add to this, every time you call no one knows their front from their back and just pass the buck to someone else. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this letting agency. I went to view a house and paid the holding deposit, but after that, I didn’t hear back from them for three weeks. They did not update me about the application process or return my holding deposit. When I asked, they told me the holding deposit would not be returned, but even then, they did not reply to me for almost three weeks, which I find unacceptable. Later, I went to view another room which I liked and agreed to take. They asked me to pay another holding deposit and I informed them that I would pay the next day. Instead of waiting, they emailed me saying they had given the room to another tenant. I feel this is very unprofessional — poor communication, no respect for my time or money, and no clear updates about my deposit. I would not recommend this agency, or dealing with Lois Todhunter, to anyone.

I was put to this agency by On the Market . Since I am a first time renter in Uk I had no option but to take the property I saw first , They confirmed I can move I in 2 wks and accordingly I had planned checkout for the place I was boarding at . On the day of moving in that is 22nd I was waiting that someone will confirm where and when to collect keys , even after 10.30 when I didn’t get any email , I proceeded to the said property I was supposed to move into only to find the place deserted , tried to call the number given in the agents email but it was a wrong number . Finally managed to get a number from google and left a message , Then someone calls me back saying the person who had the keys has taken them and left and will be back only on 25 th . This is the kind of un professionals behavior had to put up with for no fault of mine . And they have the audacity to tell me to come on 25 th and collect keys from their office which is almost 46 min by bus from the city.

I am very grateful for the professional service and problem-solving abilities of the property management team at Greenco,They managed and rented my property with great care, making me feel very secure as an owner. A special thanks to Joel for his exceptional assistance. I hope to have the opportunity to work together again in the future!

The team at Greenco have been fantastic over our last 12 months of dealings with them. Despite some challenges in the block, Greenco have been professional and acted promptly to solve any issues, as well as listen to and act on residents problems and suggestions.
