I spoke to Lauren today on the phone. I wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback about the lovely lady who dealt with my phone call today. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I called to enquire about arranging a viewing and ended up having such a helpful and enjoyable conversation with her. As I am not from Liverpool, I was looking for some guidance on different areas, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and insightful. She took the time to talk through various options with me, answer my questions, and offer helpful suggestions that I genuinely appreciated. What could have been a simple enquiry turned into a really reassuring and informative conversation. In a world where people are often quick to complain and slow to compliment, I felt it was important to recognise exceptional service when I receive it. She was genuinely warm, helpful, and caring, and she is a real credit.

We recently sold our property with North Wall. These are an exceptional agency and operate very differently to other agents . They actively sell your property and manage the process / negotiations for you and make professional recommendations, providing guidance as you go through the process. They don’t just put a few unrealistic photos on Rightmove and wait for buyers to show an interest. The service we got from Kate, Laura and the team was efficient professional and personal. Outstanding. They get to know the buyers and what they’re looking for too. When they came to see our house they already had a buyer they thought would be interested and we didn’t even go to market . Communication has been excellent throughout - very responsive. They basically did it all for us. I’d thoroughly recommend - they know the area and know their buyers and work had to do a fab job for their clients . Great team 👏👏👏

Don’t even know where to start with this review. Kate found us our forever home off market. She hand held us all the way through the process and supported us everytime we needed her. The staff at NorthWall helped us with the completion side by regularly contacting ours and the sellers solicitors.
