Experience very good with this agency so far. Had abysmal experience from another estate agent in Crosby, so approached North Wall. Helen is very metiulous and systematic in her work. She was genuinely interested in getting our house sold. She will work beyond work hours and is always available. She got us an offer after the very first viewing. Quite impressed. Have interacted with Laura in the office and she is quite proactive too. The agency fee is a bit higher than the others but the service you get is well worth the premium.
