Very slow service had to pull out they would have dragged on for weeks. Landlords need to know this estate agency is so slow in sorting out paperwork or anything.

It’s hard to describe the poor service we have received from Northwood. If you are a tenant and your hot water goes off, please be prepared to wait at least 6 weeks + for this to be fixed. They outsource their maintenance to a company that is incapable of sourcing anything quickly (we have been left over 4 weeks now without a washing machine and are still waiting for this to be resolved). When this has happened in the past with a different letting agent, this was sorted within 2 days. You can try chasing Northwood to get an update but you will be met with people saying they will get back to you the same day and never do. If you are a landlord and are looking to let Northwood manage your property, I would highly suggest you DO NOT use them. If we didn’t love where we live so much, their service is enough to make us move.

From the moment I started working with your Company, I worked with so many people but out of them all, I felt that you were going above and beyond to get my issues resolved. You are a beautiful soul and I am not saying this to make you happy. Every time I was working with someone else, I think you have noticed that I always cc you, it is because, I felt that when you were on the loop, my issues will be resolved asap and in the right momentum. You are an asset to your Company and I hope everyone else agrees with me. I would like to say thank you to Freya too, she is a helpful person who gives an ear to a customer. I have recently had an offer accepted on a property and I couldnt have asked for a better service from Northwood. The representative at the viewing was very friendly and informative, she even took the time to show me another property in the same street that hadn’t arranged to view. I dealt with Evie who helped me secure 2 properties within a couple of days, she was fantastic responding immediately and helped me negotiate a fair price. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.
