Recently sold a commercial property through them and while there were 'bumps in the road' much was caused by the fact I am over 200 miles away and so had to ask Jack to do things I normally would have done myself if I had been local, such as visit the property to get an up to date meter reading. Reality was real delays were caused by waiting for the various legal teams to pull their fingers out.
I had a great experience renting a property through Onyx Real Estate. Lauren was fantastic—she guided me through the whole process and made everything easy. I’m really happy with their service and highly recommend them!
Very lazy, demotivated and un-inspired to help. Doesn’t give correct evaluation or property. Doesn’t respond to email in a timely fashion. Had to raise complaint and even then never got the documents they I PAID FOR! Jack was very nosey and asked Qs about irrelevant topic (beyond his jurisdiction!) and gave unsolicited advice! Warning to STAY CLEAR
Fantastic experience from start to finish with ONYX. JACK was soo helpful and replied quickly to all our emails. He helped us negotiate lease and made sure everything went through smoothly and quickly. We would highly recommend Oynx and especially Jack, if your looking to lease a business premise.
