Recently sold a commercial property through them and while there were 'bumps in the road' much was caused by the fact I am over 200 miles away and so had to ask Jack to do things I normally would have done myself if I had been local, such as visit the property to get an up to date meter reading. Reality was real delays were caused by waiting for the various legal teams to pull their fingers out.
Jack provided an excellent service from start to end in letting out my commercial property.

Very lazy, demotivated and un-inspired to help. Doesn’t give correct evaluation or property. Doesn’t respond to email in a timely fashion. Had to raise complaint and even then never got the documents they I PAID FOR! Jack was very nosey and asked Qs about irrelevant topic (beyond his jurisdiction!) and gave unsolicited advice! Warning to STAY CLEAR
