Tosit was incredibly helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the property we toured and was very attentive to know what we were looking for. He also let us know about similar properties that were available and called to check in with how our property search was going and if he could do anything to help. He was genuinely caring and was absolutely amazing, I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Tick Property Group (especially Tosit).
I had a really great experience with Tick Property Group. The whole process was smooth, quick, and much less stressful thanks to Tosit, who was incredibly helpful throughout. He helped me arrange a viewing, guided me through the referencing process, answered all my questions quickly, and was always professional and kind. I really enjoyed my time renting through Tick. Everything was super straightforward and stress-free, and any issues were sorted quickly. Big shout out to Will for being so helpful and easy to deal with the whole way through — it made the whole experience a lot better for me. Would definitely recommend!
Be careful when you rent a house from this agency. They cut off 200£ of my deposit. They cited the cleanliness and the presence of some mold in the house as an excuse. However, I cleaned the house before moving out (as you can see in the photos), and I stayed for only 5 months. The molds were already existing when I rented it, but they didn't accept. I have photos of when I moved into the house, but when you zoom in, you can't see well. You can understand how small a thing we are talking about. The property manager was so rude when she contacted me. I hope you will not work with her. I was even willing to accept deductions under £100, but £200 was too much and unfair for a house that I delivered clean and early. I will file a complaint about the cutting off, but I'm unsure if it's worth pursuing, as it won't be easy.
