My experience with this agency was extremely disappointing and has caused me significant financial and emotional stress. I lived in the property for approximately three years. During my tenancy, my understanding was that utilities were included in the rent, and this is how the arrangement operated for a long period of time. Despite having lived there for three years, I was suddenly informed that I had to leave the property because the property had allegedly been sublet and the owner was returning. Being forced to find alternative accommodation after three years was extremely distressing. The problems did not end when I moved out. Afterwards, I started receiving demands for council tax and other bills. I was also wrongly associated with an electricity debt of approximately £1,800, despite the electricity account never being in my name. I repeatedly contacted the agency and informed them that I was receiving payment demands for an account that was not mine. On more than one occasion, I was told that the issue had been resolved. However, the payment demands continued to arrive. When I contacted the agency again to explain that I was still receiving emails and letters regarding the debt, I was simply told to ignore them and block the sender instead of being given a proper solution. I found this response highly unprofessional, especially considering the amount of money involved. Fortunately, I had written evidence showing that the electricity account was not my responsibility, and that issue was eventually resolved. Unfortunately, the council tax dispute remains unresolved. I am now being pursued for around £1,750, even though I genuinely believe responsibility for part of that period should not fall on me. When I asked for assistance, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than properly investigated. After three years as a tenant, I expected professionalism, support, and fair treatment. Instead, I was left dealing with housing uncertainty, financial disputes, and ongoing stress long after leaving the property. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this agency.

Tosit was incredibly helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the property we toured and was very attentive to know what we were looking for. He also let us know about similar properties that were available and called to check in with how our property search was going and if he could do anything to help. He was genuinely caring and was absolutely amazing, I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Tick Property Group (especially Tosit).

He helped me arrange a viewing, guided me through the referencing process, answered all my questions quickly, and was always professional and kind.
