Great communication, nothing was an issue, kindly they made extra stops to drop furniture up and pick up another piece of furniture. The guys were very careful and efficient. Shaun and Ian were very professional and understanding. They did an amazing job would highly recommend.

A genuinely brilliant experience with Q and M Removals Shaun and Gabe helped move my mother-in-law from her three-storey Victorian home in Aintree to a new place in Reading, Berkshire, and they were absolutely fantastic throughout. She was understandably nervous about such a big move, but the moment Shaun arrived and calmly assessed what needed doing, her worries melted away. We’d pre-packed most of the boxes (at least 50 of them!), but there were plenty of heavy items like mattresses, a reclining chair, and dining furniture, and they handled everything swiftly and with real care. Not a single scratch or bump. Shaun suggested loading the van the night before to make the long drive less stressful. They kept us posted on their progress down the M6 and turned up ready to go at lunchtime the next day. Everything ran like clockwork. Beyond the professionalism, they’re just genuinely lovely people. We had a great chat during the loading and unloading, and their warmth made the whole experience feel more like a helping hand from friends than a transaction. Highly recommended especially if you're moving someone older or tackling a long-distance relocation. Q and M are the kind of team you’re glad to have on your side. Top tip – pay the M6 Toll both ways for a long distance move and it helps with the travel time.
