TAYLOR ROOFING

Some repairs needed on my roof. Pete came out, sorted the repair but also a few other bits which needed fixing at the same time. Good to deal with and happy with the service.

Had a slipped tile, and Taylor Roofing were able to come out within an hour to fix the issue.<br>Very reasonably priced and I was given advice about future work the roof will need.

I cannot praise Peter enough! From start to finish he's done a fantastic job. We had matters brought up about our r on a house survey about our roof and Peter provided us with expert advice as to what was and wasn't needed. He was able to start the work promptly and he worked so hard. He kept us informed along the way and the quality of his work was excellent, providing videos of the work. I rate Taylor Roofing with 5 stars with confidence for the following reasons: Peter replied within minutes to my enquiry, we quickly arranged a meeting at the site, Peter arrived promptly and assessed the situation, then he went above and beyond to gain access to the roof in the area where there was significant damage to the structure of the building, an area where teams of other 'professional' surveyors, inspectors, assessors, had never set foot on. He showed confidence and professionalism throughout. Although the job was challenging, he faced it and solved it to the best of his abilities. I definitely recommend him especially for those jobs that other bigger companies refuse to take, as I know by my own experience. My wife, my tenant and I are truly thankful to Peter for solving a problem that had become a nightmare.

Really pleased with the work these guys did on my roof. They re-flaunched two chimney stacks, fitted three tin cowls, pointed all the ridges with black cement, added fibreglass lead to the rear stack and back gully, fixed broken slates, and cleaned all the gutters.<br><br>They were very friendly from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the job, explained what they were doing, talked me through the different options, and made sure I was happy with everything along the way.<br><br>They were also really responsive. They got back to me quickly and completed all the work in just one day.<br><br>What I appreciated most was that they didn't just fix the chimney issues I'd called them about—they spotted and sorted a number of other problems with the roof that I didn't even know were there. It was clear they wanted to do the job properly rather than just the minimum required.<br><br>Overall, I found them reliable, trustworthy, and professional, and the quality of the work was excellent. I'd happily recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Used Taylor Roofing to sort out my roof, new tin cowls fitted, lead work renewed on the stacks, ridges re-pointed and the front gutter upgraded to ogee. Really happy with it.<br><br>Sent me a video before starting so I could see exactly what state things were in, then another once finished, good to have for my own records. Did the lead work, and backed it with a 5 year warranty.<br><br>No messing about, turned up, got on with it, roof looks great. Would use again.

My roof was leaking around the chimney. Peter came out, had a good look and sent me videos showing me what the problem was. He completed the job same day and showed me a video showing everything sealed. Top job thanks guys.
