Excellent service from start to finish. With Richard coming out to show devices to be fitted and costing. Michael who fitted our wireless alarm was very professional and no mess at all . Showed us how to operate the system and how to use the app which I would recommend getting . We had a issue a few weeks later as we had a new wifi router put in and this affected the system. We phoned Richard and he quickly put his son in touch with us and the issue was sorted in 10 mins .highly recommend A1 Alarms.
We used A1 for a full house rewire and would highly recommend them to anyone needing the same. Really professional company, honest and upfront about costs and time frames. We had small children and they ensured property was safe every night before they left. Lads on the job were really polite and easy to have them around. Nothing was too much trouble. Competitive pricing and received a free house alarm too which was a nice touch. They also made good the plaster work and restored rooms back to their original state.
