Excellent Customer service and great after sales support. Chris installed a security device for my mum over 3 years ago. He is professional, reliable and will always return your call. We recently upgraded our router and he talked me through how to re-connect the system to WIFI. Would highly recommend.

I called Chris when the alarm was going off intermittently. He suggested it could be a battery.<br>When he arrived he diagnosed the system, discovered it wasn't the battery but was a fault from a previous horse based engineer 🤠. He explained the fault and showed me (most of it over my head haha).<br>He very honestly didn't (but could have) change or charge me for a battery. He simply fixed the issue, charged the call out fee, and left us with a working alarm.<br>A great honest and very knowledgeable tradesman. Thank you Chris!
