I called Chris when the alarm was going off intermittently. He suggested it could be a battery. When he arrived he diagnosed the system, discovered it wasn't the battery but was a fault from a previous horse based engineer 🤠. He explained the fault and showed me (most of it over my head haha). He very honestly didn't (but could have) change or charge me for a battery. He simply fixed the issue, charged the call out fee, and left us with a working alarm. A great honest and very knowledgeable tradesman. Thank you Chris!
Got in touch with Chris to service and fix my alarm system, but unfortunately it's age of thirty five years was well and truely up. Chris fitted a new system which is great, nothing was too much trouble for him he works quickly and very tidy great character I would definitely recommend him he's a star 🌟

Chris made my day so much better... I haven't used my house alarm in a while forgot the code and ended up setting the alarm off.... I tried everything to stop it even taking out the fuse and battery. Chris talked me through how to fix it over the phone in minutes!! Great, efficient, friendly service. Would highly recommend.
