Ben from Bold security - is bold, brave and brilliant. No but really first ever phone call to any alarm company when i needed some help and i got expert advice delivered with professionalism. Great service, quick and informed responses and clear communication. Ben kept me updated when he was able to come out and disconnect my old alarm and replace it with a new security system. He has set up a good, easy to use system and sent video instructions in how to use the alarm and checked to make sure the system was working for me. Friendly and professional throughout, thank you!
