We have just had a new alarm system fitted. Roy came round first and explained everything to us, and was very patient in answering our questions in terms we could understand.<br>Then John came and fitted the system.<br>John arrived when he said he was going to, he was professional, knowledgeable and worked from the time he came to the time he finished, cleaning up afterwards, and spent time going through the new system with me. A really lovely friendly guy.<br>We have been with Vision Technology for many years now, and are never disappointed in the first class service they offer.<br>Roy, his wife and the team give a brilliant service and are very approachable when I need to clarify things with the new system, Thank you again and would highly recommend to anyone needing a new alarm fitted.

Transforming Choice is a residential charity based in Sefton Park. We recently installed a new CCTV system for a 22-bedroom house, and the work was carried out to an excellent standard. Contacted Vision Technology as batteries in our wireless siren needed replacing. Spoke to Roy who was very informative on the phone and booked an engineer visit. On the day, Peter arrived and replaced the battery seamlessly. Great service and local to us too!

An amazing customer satisfaction experience from using VT, which is rare these days. From estimates to installation, to answering the numerous questions, Roy, Peter and their colleagues were fantastic. An extremely professional operation, but friendly and helpful too, nothing was too much trouble and the installation was so efficient and clean, you wouldn’t know they’d been there. If you need CCTV, I would completely recommend VT for a fast, clean, efficient and cost effective service.

He discussed everything with me before he started to make sure I was happy with where the equipment was being installed, cleaned up the minimal mess he made and explained how to operate the system.
