Good guys. Know their stuff
At first, my experience with Steve at SWH was great. He scheduled the inspection quickly, coordinated with the estate agent, and provided a detailed report that really reassured me about the property. I truly appreciated his efficiency and professionalism in that regard.<br><br>However, when it came to payment, I don’t know why there was such tension. I had just undergone lung surgery and experienced complications over the weekend, so I wasn’t checking my phone. When Steve called me about the payment, he was quite pushy and spoke in an unnecessary manner. Of course, I fully understand that payment is expected for a service provided, and I am grateful for his work. But there was absolutely no need for that kind of attitude. It was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I worked with Steve to get a structural survey done at a property.<br><br>The report was clear and comprehensive, Steve also took the time to run me through it and answer my questions in a call. I also appreciated that he adjusted the price of the survey given that the structural issues were confined to a specific area of the property. The information Steve provided set my mind at ease to move forward with the purchase of the property.<br><br>I would recommend this service.
