The wind blew my door closed, trapping my keychain and wedging the door closed meaning I couldn't turn the key to get inside. Thankfully I was only around the corner and went in and explained the situation. They came very quickly from another job to help me, sorted it quickly, thankfully the door wasn't damaged. He did not charge me for taking him away from his other jobs and using up his time which was very kind! Has helped with our door in the past also, always does a great job!
Great service from Liverpool Window Repairs today. Quick turn around both for getting a quote and completing the work. This job involved replacing hinges on an old uPVC window. Everything handled professionally, with a paper invoice and payment by bank transfer. I will definitely use them again for future repairs.
I contacted Liverpool Window Repairs and spoke to Karl who was extremely helpful over the phone and diagnosed potential issues with our bifolding door alignment which was causing a gap and draught. He came out promptly to look further and managed to greatly improve the doors despite poor fitment from a previous builder, now allowing it to now seal properly! Great service and couldn’t recommend enough.
Repaired some window handles that are very tricky given the age of them and the mechanisms involved. The price is fair and reflects their specialism in that regard. He was very professional, skilled, knowledgeable and his experience clearly shows. Highly recommend and will be arranging some more work on other windows in the coming weeks. Thank you guys.
