Absolutely brilliant service from Alan, from start to finish. From the initial consultation right through to the final fitting, everything was handled professionally and with real attention to detail. He took the time to source a replacement door panel with cut glass that perfectly matched the existing porch surround — you’d never know it wasn’t original. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the price was genuinely unbeatable. Communication was spot on throughout as well — I was kept fully updated on order times, delivery, and fitting, which made the whole process completely stress-free. Couldn’t fault him in any way. Highly recommend!

Alan was great, came to remove a window for me for a couch delivery, worked around my time (which I didn’t know until the day) was super quick and efficient, and put the window back in perfect condition.
