Ali came promptly and worked out the problem with my dishwasher, found a solution, then stayed to check it was all sorted. Very good.
I would not recommend their services. They came to repair my dishwasher, and I explained clearly that the issue was intermittent: the dishwasher would work briefly and then stop. Despite this, the only work carried out was cleaning the drainage pipe.<br><br>I was charged £100, but the dishwasher was left with exactly the same fault. When I contacted them and asked them to return and properly investigate the issue, I was told I would have to pay another minimum £100 call-out charge.<br><br>I explained that I felt this was unfair, given that I had already paid £100 for a repair that had not resolved the problem. The response I received was that I should simply buy another dishwasher because the one I have is “rubbish”.<br><br>I found the whole experience extremely disappointing. The issue was not fixed, I was charged £100, and when I raised a reasonable concern, the response was dismissive, arrogant and unprofessional. I would not use their services again.

Ali was able to visit on the same day. He identified the problem and replaced the faulty part efficiently. He very obviously knows his stuff inside out. Appreciate the advice he gave on how to prevent the problem recurring. Cost was as quoted over the phone. Would not hesitate recommending him to friends and family.
