To be totally honest, this is the first review I've ever posted. My Hotpoint washing machine, which was over 10 years old, suddenly stopped working—no power, nothing. I did all the usual checks: changed the fuse, tested the wall socket, and still had no luck. Thankfully, my kind brother let me use his machine for washing bed linen and towels. I even went old-school and hand-washed everything else! However, the novelty soon wore off, and it was time to call an appliance engineer. After searching Google, I struck gold with my very first call and found Amanuel. He is amazing and clearly knows his trade inside and out. I sent him photos of the machine and explained the issue. He provided a very reasonable quote, so I booked him for the following day at 5pm. Unfortunately, I was running late getting home, but Amanuel patiently waited in his van until I arrived. After carrying out some troubleshooting, he quickly diagnosed the fault as a failed PCB board that needed replacing. Whilst he was there, I also decided to have a new drum fitted. Impressively, he carried a wide range of spare parts and was able to repair the machine the very same day. My washing machine is now working perfectly and feels almost brand new. Amanuel's pricing is fair, his workmanship is excellent, and he's one of the friendliest and most skilled appliance engineers I've ever had the good fortune to meet. I would highly recommend him—he truly is "the Washing Machine Oracle." Trust me, you won't be disappointed. The service was exceptional, and I really appreciated all the helpful maintenance tips he shared. He even cleaned the machine and took away all the rubbish afterwards. Our washing machine needed repair in our flat in Stratford, London. I looked up on chat GPT and EMA washing machine repairs came on top. I contacted Amanuel.
