Discovering this company, and Hamid in particular, has been a real godsend! He is highly skilled, reliable and trustworthy. I first asked him if he could please repair my oven door. As my cooker is an unusual make, before agreeing to take the job he asked me to send a picture to ensure that he could do it and not waste my money in a call out. Luckily he could do it. He came the next day and promptly fixed my oven. A few days later I asked him to repair my daughter’s washing machine, again, he came the next day and fixed it! It’s a relief to have someone like Hamid to call upon!

Great service. Speedy response to my enquiry, next day (weekend) appointment available. Arrived on time, spoke to me regarding issues and set to work straight away. Obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. Was expensive (for me) for the 30 minutes it took but note that is the going rate from speaking to other traders. I have already recommended him to others and would continue doing so. Thank you 😊.

Hamid was such a nice guy. He was so generous and helpful and managed to fix the machine and come at very short notice! He also was very patient to get it back into the cupboard which really wasn’t easy. Totally recommend.

Hamid came on short notice to fix my washing machine. Explained how the fix would work, talked me through doing the boring descaling part and how to reassemble. Offered to come back to reassemble, but I believed in myself. Only took the call out fee as he wasn’t doing the repair himself!! Good to know that you can find honest tradespeople with a simple google!

Hamid was a pleasure to work with, very nice, very professional. I had never used him before, but after a quick google search, I gave him a call and he was able to come out the next day (we would have been able to make it the same day, but I wasn't at home). He fixed my washing machine easily, and it has been working as normal since. Thanks Hamid, will definitely be using again and would definitely recommend.
