After getting mixed messages from other companies, I called Hamid.<br><br>Over the phone, he gave me a few checks to do and asked me to call back with the results. From that alone, he knew exactly what the problem was. He came that afternoon with the right parts, fixed the oven quickly, and got it running again.<br><br>What impressed me most was his experience and knowledge—no endless diagnosis, no guesswork, and no “I'll come back later with parts.” He knew the issue, arrived prepared, and fixed it on the spot.<br><br>Excellent service. Discovering this company, and Hamid in particular, has been a real godsend! He is highly skilled, reliable and trustworthy. I first asked him if he could please repair my oven door. As my cooker is an unusual make, before agreeing to take the job he asked me to send a picture to ensure that he could do it and not waste my money in a call out. Luckily he could do it. He came the next day and promptly fixed my oven. A few days later I asked him to repair my daughter’s washing machine, again, he came the next day and fixed it! It’s a relief to have someone like Hamid to call upon!
