A great experience from start to finish. Both installers were friendly and efficient. The install was up a few flights of stairs with some very narrow corridors but there were absolutely zero complaints from them. Communication was also excellent throughout with no hidden fees
I have Absolutely no hesitation in providing a 5 Star Review for Owner Raphael and 17 year old Apprentice Tony’s Outstanding visit to fix my leaking Bosch Washing Machine this morning. They arrived when they said they would and in less than 3 minutes Apprentice Tony had identified the actual leaking pipe as the problem. They promptly fixed the leaking pipe and they both provided Very Warm and Friendly Customer Service. Oh, how I Wish that other Companies were as Efficient as Raphael. Well done Raphael and Tony. Excellent, friendly, transparent and efficient service. Gabriel took time to explain over the phone the service offered including the very competitive pricing. I appreciated a call from the engineer who attended the issue with the washing machine and explained to me exactly what the issue was. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I did have texts/emails from the other tradespeople however, really preferred to speak to someone directly.
