Our specifications and preferences were taken into consideration whist giving practical advice to maximise and utilise space. Bruno and his team are simply exceptional. We were doing a full refit of our home, something we had never done before. Before we met Bruno, we found ourselves unable to navigate a murky industry of kickbacks, false promises and massively overrun costs. When I got Bruno on the team as my Architect and Project Manger, everything changed. He navigated our requirements and budget perfectly. Gave us great advice on where to invest and where to save. Found us a General Contractor and negotiated a good rate. And they never sacrificed on quality. His attention to detail is top notch and he has the project's best interests at heart. There were many times when we walked into the site on a Sunday and just found Bruno there taking measurements and checking quality of works. Behind him is a killer team (Carolina et al) who are sharp and always on point. They are super responsive and manage the budget like it was their own. Very thankful to Bruno and his team. Bruno and his team worked hard to plan our extension exactly as we wanted it. They did something which other architects could not. We hired qR Architects after our previous architects could not get the extension we wanted through planning and did not understand the feedback we were receiving from the council. We are over the moon with the results and get lovely comments about our new rooms. The builders he recommended did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this company
