We had a complete renovation of our very tired bathroom. Khyyam talked us through the process at our initial meeting and suggested ideas regarding layout and design. He was also very cognisant of our budget. He then visited the house to see the space and take measurements. The actual work was complicated by our Victorian house (no two walls seem square) but Khyyam offered solutions to any issues. Manesh did a lot of the prep work- he was extremely courteous and unobtrusive. The quality of materials and finishing were top notch. We were absolutely delighted by the outcome. We were keen to go with a local, independent company (we are near Victoria Park) and are very glad that we did. We cannot recommend Bathrooms London highly enough- many thanks.

We now have a fantastic bathroom thanks to London bathrooms. Khyyam was very helpful with choosing furniture and fittings we trusted his judgment which turned be very successful. The installation went really well and I’d recommend the company to anyone wishing to redo their bathroom.

We commissioned Khy to completely overhaul our bathrooms for a flat in Shad Thames. Due to location we were not able to be on site for the project at all and entrusted Khy to deliver what was agreed. From instruction to delivery the assignment was effortless and this was a considerable project, both bathrooms had not been touched in 17 years and only when dismantled did we discover severe damp. Khy did not charge more than the agreed quote even though the works were considerably more in discovery, he went above and beyond so much as to cure a slow leak in the kitchen which was not on the remit. We handed him the keys and within 3 weeks Khy handed the keys back to 2 stunning new bathrooms. He removed all project management stresses from our plate and kept in communication with updates, we did not have to travel in to London to project manage. 4 months after completion there was a slight technical issue with one of the flushes, Khy came out within 24 hours and fixed it free of charge. Of all the services and trades we have used across our property portfolios you won’t find a more trustworthy and accomplished professional. 100% you get what you pay for although we do feel we got a bargain.
