I had high hopes after Lee's initial visit. He came to assess the issue, presented as knowledgeable and professional, and even removed some mould from the wall at no charge. It was a promising start. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated quickly after that. I had to chase him for the quote he had promised, and then again repeatedly to get any indication of his availability. On a few occasions he responded to my texts and promised to get back to me — but never did. This continued until he became unresponsive entirely. I have now had to start the process from scratch, having lost a significant amount of time. I cannot review the quality of his work, as none was carried out. What I can say is that there was a stark contrast between the impression he gave in person and the complete lack of follow-through afterwards. A customer's time and ability to plan matters. In this case, neither was respected. He was clearly a busy person — but that awareness did not extend to any consideration for a customer who was equally so.

Lee was very quick to get back to me. He came the same week to carry out the free damp survey which we duly received the same day. It was very thorough and insightful.
