Right from the first visit by Colin Nobes to discuss what we wanted, Colin came back to us with a price within days. However, unlike other "sales" individuals, no pressure was put on us and he said he would wait for us to make our decision and he would respect whatever we decided to do. We actually decided quickly to go ahead with replacing the door, the side window and the frame. Colin then came back to us and sat very patiently with me, while I picked the style of door looked at colors, decided on the attachments I wanted and considered the glass. Having approved the diagram of how it would look, Kirby coming to determine the sizes needed, the door and frames being made to measure, everything was fitted last week by Kirby and Kevin. The standard of their workmanship and their professionalism was excellent and they cleared everything away before they left so we didn't have to do anything. The quality of all the merchandise is suburb and the finishing result is beautiful. In addition Jake who does all the administrative work is very customer focused even when I rang up to change the installation date!. This isn't the first time we have used Cotswood, as in the past they have fitted two sliding internal doors, taken one out and replaced it with a hinged door, and again all done to the highest standards. I would highly recommend Cotswood to anyone considering this type of work.

We love our door but we were mostly impressed with Kevin who fitted our door. He worked tirelessly even though he had sustained an injury while fitting it! Very impressed by his kind and respectful demeanour and his work ethic! Thank you Kevin!

Worked with Cotswood Doors to replace my front door and its original stained glass from 1930 with an identical design in toughened, triple-glazed version. The result is extraordinary and I have been so impressed with the insight, skill and dedication that the team, consisting of Andy, Bea, Jake, Kirby and Neil, engaged with.<br><br>I sometimes take a moment to look at my door from the dining room and it's such a delightful sight. Cotswood made the most beautiful stained glass doors for us, the door is not just a door, but a piece of art. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. We had our door installed by Cotswood Door and we couldn't be happier with how the whole process went. We initially dealt with Colin who gave us very good advice as we were complete novices in door design. We also worked with Andy in designing our stained glass transom. Andy was very helpful in guiding us through the design process and helping us choose the different textures and colours of stained glass. Finally the actual installation was done by Neil and Kirby who did an impeccable job! All in all a job made easy and seamless by friendly and helpful professionals! We are planning to use Cotswood again for our internal doors!

We ordered our door from the US, which I believe was a first for Cotswood. They were really wonderful and meticulous in managing the different units of measurement and working with our contractor to make sure everything would fit perfectly. The door arrived and it is absolutely beautiful. We are so happy to have it!

I started using Cotswood Doors 16 years ago by chance. I was so impressed by their stellar job back then that I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else when we decided we needed to replace two doors and a sorry state doorframe that had been in place since 1930.<br>Colin the surveyor was magnificent, guiding me through the process and understanding exactly what we had in mind. We undoubtedly were looking for something which was a bit out of the ordinary!<br>The installers Kirby and Neil turned out to be a revelation, not only were they a great laugh, they proved to be exceptional craftsmen. I watched in awe those two masters at work, their incredible skills honed over the decades, their meticulous attention to detail coupled with the top quality of the materials they used have resulted in a superb piece of work that has totally satisfied us.<br>Thank you very much to everyone at Cotswood Doors, we could not have been more pleased.
