Kitchen sockets were down, so I contacted them around 10am and was told they would arrive between 11am and 1pm. Mohammad and his colleague arrived at around 12pm and were polite, professional and efficient throughout.<br><br>They quickly identified the problem, kept me informed throughout the process and were completely transparent about how they were going to fix it. They had all the necessary spare parts with them, so everything was resolved by 1pm.<br><br>I was extremely impressed with the quick response, excellent service and reasonable pricing. Special thank you to Mohammad and his colleague for their excellent work and professionalism.<br><br>I highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any future electrical issues.
