I ordered railings as a security measure for my home. I had excellent service throughout the process (regular updates etc) and am very pleased with the end product.

I found KP Engineering whilst looking online for security gates for our drive. It’s not easy selecting who to choose when you’re starting from scratch and it can be a bit of a minefield. I was keen to appoint a specialist gate company – people who made and fitted them day-in-day-out not just a company that sold ready-made gates and packets of fixtures. Our drive is tricky so I wanted to ensure we used a company that did detailed measurements and a site visit. From the first contact with them and all throughout their customer service, communications and advice were brilliant. I’d send Ketan a question and get a speedy and clear response within several hours. They sent progress updates at each stage of the project which was extremely helpful especially as I was organising this on behalf of several properties within our building. The installation team were punctual, courteous, thorough and tidy. I’m delighted with the gates and have had comments from several neighbours already. I’m so pleased I chose KP Engineering.

KP Engineering are a truly excellent company. We ordered our bespoke ironwork gate from them and they were extremely easy to deal with; everything, from start to finish, was well-communicated andveach process stage was met at the expected time. Our design was something that we'd come up with ourselves but they were able to make our vision a reality, which other companies I'd approached werent willing to do.<br><br>They have a tracker that updates you when each stage of the process has been reached, and Ketan was extremely responsive when we were communicating outside of the updates.<br><br>The team that came to carry out the installation were polite, efficient and clearly proud of the work they were doing. They ensured that any mess was tidied at the end of the job and carefully inspected the gates to ensure that any minor dings that occurred o the paintwork during transport/installation were filled in before leaving.<br><br>I would definitely use them again and would 100% recommend KP Engineering for any metal gates or railings that you may need, whether for your home or for your business.
