I can't recommend DesRes London highly enough! Suzanne helped stage our 4-bed terrace house, which had been rented for 13 years and was looking tired. Suzanne handled every aspect of the process from site visits, organising delivery and staging the entire house. Within one week of the staging we had two offers at asking price and we exchanged within six weeks! It was such an effortless experience and made a massive difference to the saleability of our property - worth every penny and more!!

Suzanne did a wonderful job on the flat advising on redecorating colours, the design of the new kitchen etc she then chose all the rental furniture and accessories. Within the month we had an offer at very near full asking price and completed the sale four months later. If you’re serious about selling Suzanne can make it happen for you. Everyone else I know has had a terrible time trying to sell with properties taking over a year to sell and having to drop the price. She also had to travel outside of London to Wokingham which we did appreciate. I found Suzanne on the internet as she was near to my flat. My flat had been stagnating on the sales market but from start to finish she has been excellent in organising removal of my old furniture, staging and indeed I got an offer within few days of the new photos post-staging. She is transparent with her prices and very reliable. My only regret is that I did not use her years ago when I was trying to sell. I felt like a weight had been lifted when she took charge.
