From the start to the end of my involvement with HSL, they were superb. They totally understood the brief (to refurb and stage my flat on a budget), executed the refurb and delivered a fantastic result on budget and ready for a sale. I could not recommend HSL more to anyone who needs to showcase their property but feel stuck how to do it. The added advantage if using HSL is the renovation and home improvement team fall under the same company so they will manage the job from start to finish. Effortless for me and zero stress.

Jo, Bruce and the team did a fantastic job staging our house. Having sat on the market for months last year, after staging with them we had 2 offers within 2 weeks of putting it back on. I was also so impressed with my first chat with Erin, she was so honest and helpful at a point when I was fairly desperate and it would’ve been very easy for her to take advantage. Communication occasionally ground to a halt but overall very happy.

Trish did an outstanding job at staging our five bedroom London home ahead of its sale. She is a strong and transparent communicator (I was managing the sale from abroad and was kept up to date on the progress of the staging). She chose furniture that matched the Victorian style of the house and enhanced its special features. The turn around was quick and her prices are competitive. I highly recommend her.

I used Home Staging London to help me sell my vacant home. Unlike other home staging firms Trish immediately understood my needs, and the market my home would appeal to; and didn't insist I bought expensive "mood boards" on top of the staging costs. Within 7 days my home was beautifully dressed and up for sale. Trish and her team liased with the local estate agent and made the entire process stress free. Trish did an amazing job with my flat. It transformed the look and, as a result, I achieved a record price within the building for my flat. There is no doubt I got back more than I spent on the home staging. Trish provided a good value service, fitting out the flat for a reasonable price to achieve the desired effect - making it attractive to a buyer. It looked better than the actual cost of the items, and Trish was happy to sell the items to a buyer if they wanted to keep anything, dealt with the disposal of items that needed to be removed and arranged basic touch ups with her handyman. Most other designers just don't get home staging, trying to buy new items for the owner rather than realising this is just about selling the property, not about living in it. If you're trying to sell your property, I can 100% recommend having your place staged by Trish. You won't regret it when you see the results.
