Janine furnished my small 2-bed flat in order to aid in its sale. The flat had been on the market (first with tenants, then empty) for a couple of months with lots of interest but no serious offers. Janine's furniture and artwork made the flat look wonderful, and soon after we received an offer. She was professional, clear, efficient and always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.

I found Janine and JP Property Staging online when I was looking for a staging firm and was immediately attracted to the clarity of the information provided. The staging process was new to me and Janine was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I wanted a modern, clean look and Janine did just that, transforming the appearance of the SW7 flat and making best use of the space. Communication with JS Property Staging was very good and it was always a pleasure to interact with Janine and her staff, including Rennie and the removals team. In the end I decided to rent out the flat and we had a choice of tenants immediately - I'm sure due to Janine's presentation skills. After a year of trying to sell our house in South West London with no success, a friend recommended Janine's Property Staging services. This was the best piece of advice we had during the year.<br>Janine is very experienced and knowledgeable in real estate, has impecable taste in decorating, is very kind and helpful and highly professional. It was a pleasure working with her!<br>She gave us great advice for redecorating the house and she staged it beautifully. As we live abroad, there was the added bonus of her having an excellent network of plumbers, electricians and handymen etc to help us out. Janine is amazing - we needed help selling our flat and she was efficient, knowledgeable and understanding. The staging was terrific and got rave reviews from everyone who saw it. If you need this service do not hesitate. She went over and above for us and if I could give her 6 stars I would.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. She came out to look at our flat and didn’t produce any proposal or anything, and when we didn’t choose her, she charged £180 for simply coming out to look at the property. Through my estate agent, I went on to meet 4 other staging companies, all of them produced at least an inventory list, some ideas of visual, property proposals. None of them charged me for that service, as they understand that is part of the bidding process. They charge thousands of pounds to stage a property so they know it’s important to share their vision.<br><br>Needless to say, I chose one company out of those who gave me proper proposals and managed to sell my flat successfully. (I chose Geraldine from Decor No5 instead who gave us an excellent service)<br><br>Janine didn’t do any of design services, yet she spent more time chasing this fee.<br><br>I spoke with my agent who works for a reputable north London property agent thought this was absurd. Then after a few weeks, I got a letter from a solicitor, SUING me for that money with of course added cost etc.<br><br>I don’t want anything to do this company any more and I am writing here hoping that other people don’t have to experience this awful process. My agent told her company not to ever use her.

I first spoke with Janine Summer of 2021 we were thinking about putting our London apartment on the market - the following spring.<br>We had several conversations about and in the apartment. Though the work was planned for Feb or March 2022, the clear visioning we did early on really paid off.<br>Her support has been invaluable.<br><br>Janine started on time, and we were ready to roll right after Easter. Pretty much on budget despite a few surprises on the way. Plus if something went wrong on the sale it was ready to relet in September.<br>I’ve always been seriously hands on with painting , renovation and repairs. This time I wasn’t even in the country.<br>The apartment looked amazing , bright, welcoming and modern . Very photogenic and everyone was impressed including prospective buyers - it was so gratifying to have a choice.<br><br>The legal haul for London conversions with old leases can be tough. Ours was.<br>Janine was supportive throughout she’s a great communicator and also really listened to our neighbors. Thé end result was a much improved house overall. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with her. Thanx again Janine for helping me to leave the apartment I’ve loved for 30 years in such good shape. Much gratitude and appreciation to all.

I cannot recommend Janine highly enough. The final result was stunning and the flat looks better than it ever has.
