The worker arrived promptly, explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly and efficiently, despite it being a small job. After extensive renovation works, Anna and her team came in and did an absolutely outstanding job. The flat was in a real post-renovation state — dust everywhere, paint splashes, debris — and they transformed it completely. The whole team (from booking to execution) were professional, thorough, and clearly took great pride in their work. Every surface was spotless, the attention to detail was exceptional, and the place genuinely felt brand new again. The team worked efficiently, carefully, and went above and beyond what I expected from an after-renovation clean. If you’re looking for a reliable, top-quality cleaning company, especially after building or renovation work, Better Call Moe is the one to call. Fantastic service from start to finish. I was quite impressed from the start, booking and payment was quick and easy. I received a quote for deep clean and booked within minutes. On the day the team arrived on time and from minute one everyone knew what they were doing, not wasting a single moment. There were four cleaners cleaning my apartment and they have not left a single spot untouched, spending good time on every corner and every piece of furniture. It was a team work at its best. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Better Call Moe!

I needed an end of tenancy clean. I was unsure of who to use as I wanted to get a good deal. I had a shop around on Google and I was attracted to BCM’s excellent reviews (I did look at and they appear to be genuine). I decided to go along with them and by God I was not disappointed. The clean was simply exceptional. It really did exceed all expectations. Every nook and cranny was attended to, they organised cupboards and pantry, cleaned carpets, windows, organised my linen…. the list is endless. This is, of course in addition to actually doing the most thorough and complete cleaning job I’ve ever had done. I was so impressed by their service. Anyone shopping around, honestly, look no further. I will definitely be using them again.

I don’t do reviews never have but it would be a crime not to. This is the best service I have used all areas covered from timing, efficiency, attention to detail, politeness and true value. I witnessed them work in sync with each other and made sure not a single area was left without being cleaned. If you’re booking an end of tenancy clean or a deep clean look no further.
