Great agency for end of tenancy cleaning, needed next day cleaning and they were able to provide!! Amazing and thorough work!! Will definitely go with these again.

I am not satisfied with the overall experience. Initially, I was pleased because the company responded very quickly to my inquiry, the clean was scheduled promptly, and I subsequently paid my deposit. However, after this point, response times became very slow and I often had to follow up in order to receive responses to subsequent queries. Overall, the quality of the clean was just ok. When I returned to check the property, I noticed several areas had been missed — for example, there were still crumbs on the kitchen floor, and the living room floor had not been mopped. The photos of the cloth that I have included were after I wiped down the floor myself.

I had such a great experience with Busy Bee End of Tenancy Cleaning Service. The communication was excellent and all the details were straightforward and clear. The cleaner did an amazing job and left the flat looking sparkling and brand new. I would highly recommend. Thank you Busy Bee!
