Big thank you to Bunmi who was a warm soul, and did a good job throughout the house! The bathroom especially was left spick and span. Some small things still needed a clean after she was gone hence the 3 stars , but overall I’m pleased that the house is in a better state than it was 👌
The cleaner Yewande was fantastic (5⭐) but I was disappointed with the company's handling of the task (3⭐) given their steep price. The cleaner was delayed by 1.5 hours and she was lost. The only reason I even managed to contact her after nearly 1 hour of waiting was because I reached out to the company because of the delay and explicitly asked for contact details of the cleaner. I personally went to pick her up from where she was lost and guided her to the house. The company told me "the team" will reach out to the cleaner but neither did they reach out nor did they follow up with me. I missed several work meetings because of this. I want to be clear that the cleaner Yewande did a fantastic job - she was thorough and asked for our assistance when needed. I appreciated her communication and advice but did not appreciate the lack of comms from the company.
I recently hired this company for a deep clean and was very impressed. James was efficient, thorough, and clearly experienced. He paid close attention to areas that are often overlooked, and the overall finish was excellent. Communication before and after the service was smooth and professional. Highly recommended.
Booked for a post builders deep clean, explained in detail what was needed sent photos & videos. Discussed how important it was to ensure our new wooden floors were cleaned with correct equipment & non-abrasive cleaner. Was re-assured all needs could be me. Sadly this was not the case. Two cleaners arrived without correct cleaning equipment, broken hoover and no specialist cleaning products. Cleaners were unprofessional and inexperienced, had to supervise all day. Have contacted customer service with no follow-up response in over a week. Terrible post customer care, they take your money & run. Would not recommend.
