Ilie was great! Although the issue with dishwasher didn’t manifest whilst he was here. He fixed the height adjustment which was causing the dishwasher to rub against the cabinet and drawers, the previous plumber could’ve done also but never did. Thanks
Ilie came round to fix a leaking hot water pipe and he was great! In fact we’ve had these guys round a few times for boiler maintenance and they were great every time. Professional, polite and super fast! Would definitely recommend
Illy was excellent — knowledgeable, kind, professional, and incredibly efficient. Within five minutes, he got straight to the core of the problem. In a place where it’s hard to find plumbers with real experience and understanding, Illy truly stands out. You can tell he has years of hands-on knowledge and knows exactly what he’s doing. Highly recommended if you want someone honest, skilled, and capable to check your home.
I have worked with Heatplex for over 5 years and they provide an excellent service. They are a small company and vet carefully their engineers. They changed my combo boiler a few years ago and are very responsive, even for follow up after a repair. I trust Heatplex 100%.
I have had excellent work done in my house. The people who came were friendly and hard working on my ancient radiators. They removed one and put up a new one which is a much better size. They worked throughout the house and cleared up every single bit of rubbish. Many thanks to Joe for all his advice and to Spencer for all his hard work. Highly recommended. Ann Arnold
