Jiri quite literally saves the day and for that we are very grateful. He is an honest and trustworthy guy who we can 100% recommend. There is a reason he has all 5* reviews!! We had a nightmare experience with a different heating company over a period of weeks - they left us without heating for 3 whole days and they would not, or could not, resolve their poor work. We were pulling our hair out until we resolved to finally cut our losses and dump them and look for someone else. And that's when we found Jiri. He arrived within the hour and he resolved the issue immediately! He is not only capable and clearly very good at his job but is also genuinely helpful, friendly and down-to- earth. His can-do attitude was a welcome relief and his upfront honesty was much appreciated. After completing our emergency fix he came back a few days later and resolved all of the remaining issues. We will only use Jiri now. Trust the reviews!!
