Our previous boiler service engineer retired and recommended Warm and Cool. Hadyn in their office dealt with our call very efficiently and provided full information for us. Ntoris arrived exactly on time to carry out our annual boiler inspection. He was polite, friendly, very professional and carried out the work with confidence, ease, and with not a hint of fuss or mess. He provided a full report on the same day. We appreciate the excellent customer service at all levels, and will be using Warm and Cool again in future.
After my usual heating engineer retired, I was recommended Warm and Cool London. They came promptly and did a great job servicing my Vaillant boiler. Hilton was very knowledgeable and also sorted out a couple of issues. He noticed the diverter valve slightly leaking and organised with Vaillant to fit a new one under warrenty. He also fitted a new filling loop, which later in the day developed a fault. They came back quickly and sorted it out with no fuss. Warm and Cool were on time, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I'll definately use them again!
These guys are great to work with. Top quality, efficient, friendly, and they price honestly and reasonably, which can be hard to come by in London. My underfloor heating broke at the worst time of year - immediately after Christmas and when the weather was sub zero. They did a temporary fix to get the heating working again pretty quickly, and returned to fix the system very soon afterwards. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Hilton and team installed an ASHP at our property, it's been a great addition. The whole process from consultation, to design and delivery has been handled with professionalism.
