I live on my own and this is also my first time renovating a place, and B&M team has certainly made the process much easier. What I appreciate the most is their care and commitment to the design - you can really feel that they take pride in their work while at the same time is always willing to collaborate on different ideas.<br><br>Not having any experience with renovation before, it was quite difficult for me to understand fully the proposed design and budget, and I did feel I had to take a bit of a leap of faith and trust that what they recommended. I do feel that there might be more than can be done in this regard to give me a clearer idea on what I was investing on, particularly since it's also a big investment. But at the same time, I realise that this can also be difficult and at the end of the day, I am really happy with the end result and would definitely use B&M's service again.
