The Landspace Team transformed my north-facing Islington garden into an inviting space that we now love and actually use. Professional and organised from the start, Seb gave me a clear roadmap for the design & build process and timelines so I knew what to expect and when. He was proactive, clear and responsive in all communications (email, text, IRL) - and even managed to coordinate a simultaneous garden design & build with our downstairs neighbours. Seb’s team were meticulous with the hardscaping and woodwork, and coordinated everything from sourcing quality materials and plants, to managing the installation of lights and irrigation. During the build process on site, everyone was punctual, tidy, friendly and polite, and seemed to enjoy working with each other. We are delighted with the final result and now enjoy dining outside every day. This has been a worthwhile investment and I only wish I’d made it sooner. I look forward to watching the jasmine climb the fences and the garden’s character deepen with the weather. Thank you, Seb & team!

We recently completed a full garden redesign with Landspace and honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation right through to the final details, the whole team were brilliant to work with. They really took the time to understand how we wanted to use the garden and gave great guidance on layout, materials, and planting to suit our lifestyle. Seb’s team built us a lovely modern garden, which looks fab both in the day and at night. They were very considerate to have around and extremely efficient.

As first time home owners looking to completely renovate our garden in our London flat - we are so happy we worked with Sebastian and his team. From the initial consultation to the final result, there was a consistently clear and easy level of communication and he quickly understood our requirements and vision. We decided to do a re-landscaping with this team, while also working with another company to install a Garden office building, and Sebastian's team worked very well with this additional vendor to ensure measurements, design, and timeline worked very smoothly. The team had to go through our flat and it's main living space to enter our garden for the project, and they were incredibly respectful and mindful of our space as they brought the new garden to life. The project stayed on budget and on time for our desire to have the garden complete before the holiday season last winter. Would use this team again in the future! Our only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 were two challenges that came up: Electrician & Planning Permissions. - Electrician: Sebastian brought a separate vendor to the site to install the garden lighting and prepare the electric cables that would be installed for the Garden office building. The garden lights were not correctly installed the first time (small but quickly resolved), but the bigger challenge was that the cabling for the office building was incorrectly prepared - so the building company had to re-wire before installation, causing additional costs and time. There were also trivial things, for example they accidentally disconnected one of our wall lights then couldn't figure out how to fix it -- we had a different electrician come out and he fixed it in a few minutes. - Planning Permissions: had some complications with the local council with having the pergola and the garden office installed in relation to the size of space - risking the approval for the office building after the landscaping was already complete to leave space for this office. We are working to resolve it with a retroactive planning permission, but would have been nice to get a heads up from either party during early design/planning stages. Lesson learned for next time!
