London Locks

Lloyd is a legend. I locked myself out my flat this morning and he was at my door in 15 minutes to pick the lock. Really friendly guy, great customer service. I couldn’t recommend this company more.

I had a really great experience with London Locks – Locksmiths Keys & Fobs. I lost the key for my electric cycle battery and was very stressed about it. I contacted the cycle company first, and they told me it would cost £28 for two replacement keys and that I would have to wait around two weeks for them to arrive. I then searched for a key cutting shop near me and found London Locks – Locksmiths Keys & Fobs. I visited their shop and they solved my problem in just 20 minutes. Not only did they make two new keys for my electric cycle battery, but they also made an extra key for my cycle lock. The best part was the price — all three keys were made for only £25. The service was fast, professional, and very helpful. I am extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs key cutting or locksmith services. Definitely a well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Requested a new front door lock replacement, and some new keys for windows and Brad was fantastic. Not only did he offer an excellent service for all of the above, including giving advice on updating my insurance with the new lock details, but he also went above and beyond to fix a few of the niggles with the windows and doors, the fire door safety mechanics and even tiny squeaks. He went out of his way to try and make sure everything worked perfectly, even if it wasn’t directly related to the locks. And not to mention all with a friendly smile! Fantastic job.

This is maybe the third or fourth time we’ve used London Locks. As always, Lloyd and the team are friendly and professional. This time the work we had was not an emergency, replacing the lock on a metal front gate. However, the chances of it sticking again and locking us in were getting higher by the day! The welded in lock was replaced by a much superior one, and literally looks better than new. The team have all gear to make sure the finished job looks great. Better than that, not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they always explain what they’ve done and why, which I really appreciate. A superb job, once again! If you live in Bow, why would you use anyone else?

Lock replaced today following contact yesterday afternoon. I am really pleased with the speed of the response and service provided, not least the fact Lloyd hoovered up before leaving. The lock looks strong and sturdy. He also managed to find me a replacement key for my windows.
