Our door mechanism went and they sorted ordering a new one, fitting a temporary one while that was delivered and then fitting the new one. This was a retrofit and turned into a long difficult job over 3 visits. They sorted it all out and we are very happy with our new mechanism which is nice and smooth. Mase and Jesus did a great job!
