I had a great experience with this locksmith service. The gentleman who came to my home, Isa, was extremely professional and did an amazing job. He arrived fully prepared with all the necessary tools and handled the installation perfectly, even though my door is quite thin and required extra care. He was very attentive, polite, and clearly takes pride in his work. What really stood out was how he went the extra mile by cleaning up everything afterwards, even though that wasn’t required. The service was prompt, reliable, and available 24/7, which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend them to anyone in London looking for a trustworthy and skilled locksmith.
Isa and Mace were absolutely fantastic. We had an emergency on a Sunday evening — our door handle had snapped and our little dog was stuck in the living room. After booking, they arrived in about 5 minutes which was incredibly reassuring. They managed to open the door with very minimal damage, clearly explaining what they were doing and the technical details along the way. They were calm, professional, and very efficient during what was quite a stressful situation for us. They also went the extra mile by helping prepare a full report for our landlord so we can claim the expense back, which was hugely appreciated. Fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Amazing service from Mase and Max - I phoned them to ask for a quote to replace a broken lock (not urgent); they arrived within a matter of hours to carry out an inspection and, after providing a quote that I was happy with, they carried out the repair work on the spot, having advised me that I didn’t actually need a new lock, thus saving costs. If that wasn’t enough, they installed an indoor door handle for free, so that we would stop using the snib on the lock to pull the door open. Efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced service - couldn’t ask for more really.
Isa and Mase were incredibly helpful! They both went above and beyond and ensured I understood how this lock in particular worked, especially in comparison to my old lock. They both worked incredibly hard and provided very good service! Absolutely would hire again if necessary :)
The Lock Specialist Ltd changed the locks on the front of our building. They picked up the phone straight away, I sent them photos, they gave sound advice and a quote which was very reasonable. They completed the work within a week. They have done such a fantastic professional job. The front door is now so secure. I honestly cannot recommend this company more. Special shout out to Marlon who worked tirelessly all day and night to fit the locks and did a fantastic job. The main guy I spoke to on the phone and WhatsApp was also really great, always available to answer queries, clearly has a lot of expertise and experience and gave us really good recommendations. Runs a tight professional shop. Super happy with the result. Thank you guys!
