Our 2y fixed mortgage was expiring this year. Martin got in touch well in advance (nearly 4 months) to talk about what our options were. It is just as well he did because we were able to lock in a reasonable rate before the situation in the Gulf upturned the market. Throughout the process Martin and Kyle provided expert guidance on what deals were out there, the pros & cons of switching providers (with associated timeframes), submitting the application on our behalf, and handling any queries.
