We keep returning to Ola Leslie because they provide a stellar service -a competent, friendly and efficient team. We've now bought and sold our flat through Ola Leslie - a great experience overall. We're currently working with the team to buy a home and the service continues to be outstanding. Buying and selling a home is nerve wracking stuff and lots can go wrong so we've really valued being supported by the team at Ola Leslie. Cannot recommend enough.

Also please note that the Solicitors Regulation Authority fined the firm in 2003.<br><br>Slow, defensive, and poor attention to detail: this is how I’d describe our experience with Ola Leslie. We agreed a fee before using their service, and the solicitor, Dami and team member Hope, (more like lose all Hope) decided to charge us a ‘fast track’ fee, which we were forced to pay just before exchange. Dami caused us considerable stress, and was extremely reluctant to engage, everything was left to the last minute. Dami didn’t have a firm grip on our case, and often had no idea about crucial information and details.<br><br>Please note, you won’t get a personalised email address for the solicitor or team members, just a generic email. However team members rarely respond to this generic email address.<br><br>Ola Leslie also had an automatic out of office email to outline they were busy, which we received after every email, which was poor. During covid all services were stretched. I would STRONGLY advise against using their service, you will find much better results and customer service elsewhere.<br><br>The Solicitors Regulation Authority fined the firm in 2023 for transparency-rule breaches, including pricing/costs and complaints procedures.<br><br>Please also take a look at other highly positive reviews which also seem suspicious.<br><br>This review no doubt will receive a swift response from Ola Leslie. It’s just a shame they don’t bother to respond to their workload or emails as quickly.

The team, Ore and Dami, were great. They handled our sale and navigated some issues with the leasehold really well. They were great at keeping us informed of progress and overall we were really happy with their work and highly recommend them!<br><br>I also want to say this process can be fraught and sometimes it felt the sale would collapse. It is imperative that your solicitor can provide some reassurance and calmness. Throughout this process, at various points our mind was put at ease and this was so important to us.<br><br>Even though this process is time sensitive, we never felt a sense of pressure from the solicitors.
