My experience has been horrible dealing with Thomas Legal and team while purchasing a property in London (Shoreditch Parkside). Every time we sought legal advice, the responses have been purely a copy past from what the contract says as opposed to guiding us on pros / cons, how to manage the complexity or how to navigate our way around. It honestly does not feel like a service we bought which adds value but rather a forced move because we are "obliged" to have a solicitor. I would not recommend them at all to anyone thinking of purchasing property in the UK.
