I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with White Horse Solicitors & Notary Public was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. From start to finish, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff I dealt with were unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of interest in actually assisting their clients. Communication was terrible. Messages were ignored, updates were vague, and at times I felt like I was being brushed off instead of being treated with basic respect. Every interaction left me feeling more stressed and more confused, as if no one cared about providing clear answers or proper guidance. The level of customer service here is honestly shocking. I expected professional behaviour, efficiency, and at least some courtesy — instead, I was met with disorganisation, slow responses, and staff who acted like they couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly. My experience with this firm has easily been one of the worst I’ve had with any professional service. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Based on my experience, this firm needs major improvement in communication, professionalism, and basic client care. I definitely won’t be returning.
