Excellent service from Beaver Pest Control. Mohammed has been fantastic — he is thorough, punctual, professional, and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly.<br><br>What really stands out is that the company focuses on finding a long-term solution rather than just providing a temporary fix. They take the time to understand the problem and address the root cause, which gives great confidence.<br><br>This is only our second visit so we haven’t yet completed the proofing stage, but the service so far has been excellent and we’re very happy with the approach and professionalism. Highly recommended.
Ms Kerry Northwood from Beaver Pest Control has been extremely helpful in supporting the pest control issue (carpet beetle), which required some urgency in arranging the first treatment before my move-in to the new flat - the issue appeared to have originated from previous tenancies or the flat’s prior history.<br><br>She went the extra mile to check the technician’s availability and explore options to support this more urgent request where possible. I sincerely appreciate her great work, proactive support, and can-do attitude in providing such excellent customer service.
