When the ant infestation began in early May, Sani was quick to arrive the same morning to put down the first of two treatments. He told me to cease spraying and wait for him to arrive. He treated all the affected areas. I was advised to wait six weeks for the second treatment, not using my treatments and Sani answered any queries I had in the meantime promptly. I had the second treatment completed which so far has been effective. I do recommend this service and<br>another pest control company I used for a deep clean thought £200 for two treatments was reasonable. I can recommend this service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. Before the treatment began, I specifically warned the technician to be careful with my computer equipment and not to spray any chemicals on it. Despite my clear warning, my main monitor, second monitor, camera, mouse and headset were sprayed.<br><br>I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When carrying out this type of treatment, I expect proper care to be taken around customers’ electronic equipment and personal belongings, especially after the technician has been specifically warned in advance.<br><br>I am extremely disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism shown. After this experience, I have lost trust in the company and do not wish to use their services again. I expect the company to take responsibility for the way the service was carried out and for any potential damage caused to my equipment.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company.
