Pest Piper Pest Control

We recently used Pest Piper for a mouse and ant problem in our flat. We found them to be really easy to deal with and Mohammed was very professional and honest, and the two issues appear to be resolved. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Pest Piper, very easy to arrange a visit and Mohammed arrived promptly and immediately started investigating the issue. He was able to clearly explain his assessment, remedial steps he'd taken and the expected outcome. By the time of his follow up visit 2w later, the issue appeared resolved but Mohammed still investigated again and identified and took a few further preventative steps. I recommend Pest Piper Pest Control and especially Mohammed for mice infestations as he is very knowledgeable. We've used them for this issue in the flat and he was able to show us where the mice came from, seal the entry point, left traps in key area, and gave us plenty of advice. Very professional and fast solving the issue.

It's the second time we have called out this company to our property for two separate issues, the team could not be more helpful. They dealt with both issues quickly,professionally and ensured they followed up with two additional visits to the property to make sure everything was ok. The second time we called them was on New Year's eve, and they managed to send someone within hours of our call at a time we were sure it would be impossible to get anyone out. Mohammed from Pest Piper was excellent. He was very professional and took the time to clearly explain mice behavior and exactly what he would be doing over the course of the two treatments.
