I made an out-of-hours call because my bath/shower tap had broken, leaving the water running. The team were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue, which took a huge amount of stress away at such a late hour. They even came back to replace the fixture and helped me choose the correct replacement. They were professional, reliable, and I'm really pleased with the quality of the work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Team were lovely and prepared for the service needed. I was able to book them very last minute and communications throughout the whole period were clear. They asked for photos on what the problem was, so I felt very confident they knew what they were walking into and how they could help.<br><br>They managed to do the repair in 10 minutes and cleaned to ensure there was no damage. They also were very patient with questions I asked about the process. The service fee was very fair, I will be using this company and team in the future should there be any problems, fingers crossed there aren’t though!
