What a joke, scam of an agency. I wish I could leave 0 stars. They want the £95 initial consultation for 10 minutes of looking around and then you will never see them again. I reached out to these guys because of the ratings and the number of them. We were asked to pay £95 straight out the gate just for a quote (they were unprofessional enough to give us a day and time range of 12pm-5pm and still come an hour later), whatever though, right? We want our problem solved. They looked around for 10 minutes and said what they thought it was, then left. We then had to follow up multiple times over the span of a week asking for a quote on the repair, and were met with excuses of being busy and having a tiring day until eventually they decided to just leave us on read messages. Again, they want the £95 initial consultation for 10 minutes of looking around and then you will never see them again. What a joke, scam of an agency. If you want your problem solved, definitely look elsewhere.
My toilet stopped flushing and the team gave me a reasonable quote upfront. They came out the next day, immidiately identified the issue and got replacement parts. The whole fix took less than an hour, no faff. Appreciate the quick work and would recommend
Fixed a leaking tap for us two days before Christmas, we had a further issue needing them to come back which they did, for no charge. We were really impressed at how proactive they were in reaching out to us arrange and re-arrange times when we got unlucky with our schedules. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
Hugely appreciated the work that the team did for us to replace a bathroom sink. Starting with responsive, clear and helpful comms around what was needed, they were able to come out far quicker than other plumbers / handymen who we contacted and their rate was super reasonable. Friendly when here and left everything clean and tidy.
