Wayne was very professional and thorough in his servicing. When he found an unexpected issue with our boiler, he clearly presented us with options, and suggestions based on his experience. He was also very patient whilst we made a decision. Would recommend!
Disappointing experience. Came home one day to a boiler fault and contacted Mayfair Plumbers due to their positive reviews. I was advised the boiler couldn't be repaired as parts were hard to come by, and quoted £8700 for a replacement. Something did't quite add up, so contacted another plumber who came around that evening and repaired the existing boiler.
Thank you so much for a great service. I had a leak in my kitchen and Mayfair plumbers were able to sort out an engineer to come out the next day. Darren was excellent. Very respectable of my property, kind and more importantly knowledgeable and able to sort out the issue the same day. I also needed a boiler service and he was able to accommodate that request as well which was great as it was not part of the original job. He left the place very clean and tidy even when I said he didn’t have to clean up and I was happy to do it after. I have had some really bad experiences with repairs in the past and so was a bit on edge but Darren was very reassuring and did what he said he would do and then some. Thank you also to Courtney who arranged everything and was kind and explained everything to me. I like how they did the assessment and then asked me each step of the way if I was happy with the costs. Very seamless and professional service. Thank you so much.
