I live next door to one of the properties Douglas and Co manage in Ilford. Unprofessional, unethical, and zero customer service. After a man passed away, they did not clean his room. I had to evacuate my own home as the unclean state invited insects, flies, etc. My young children had to endure being away from home for days, missing school. I emailed him several times, first being 07.09.24. Up until now, he couldn't be bothered to contact me. Keep your properties safe and away from him.

I stayed in a self contained studio maintained by Reka Properties in East London. Douglas and Louise have been absolutely fantastic. We never had any complaints throughout our stay here. I have heard my friends facing challenges with agencies during tenancy and checkout, but Douglas is very very different. I would highly recommend Reka to anyone looking for a house.
We lived several months in one of their self-contained studio in North London and we couldn’t ask for more. Reka Property is hands down one of the best agencies we have dealt with in London! We will always be grateful to have met Louise, the owner anyone would wish for: present, ready to help on the most unthinkable days, she has never let us down once and she has been of great help for any need we had. There should be more agencies like this in London! In the end we had to move because our jobs changed location but it was a hard decision to leave their property, they made us feel safe and protected from day one. Absolutely recommended!
Looking for a self-contained studio, I came across Reka Property Ltd and found two absolutely professional and helpful agents in Douglas and Louise. I really appreciate the positive and uncomplicated way both have. After quite a few negative experiences with other letting agencies and landlords, I can say, that Reka Property Ltd is an exception in that area. The equipment and quality of the studio was tip top maintained and I felt at home immediately from the beginning. Also Reka offers the right value for the money.
