You couldn`t get more professional than this. From our initial enquiry to getting the keys and moving in - happened in a matter of a few short weeks!<br><br>Team were quick to respond to all our enquiries, clear on what was required and needed to be provided by us, They took care of all the admin, kept us updated and did what they said they would do when they said they would.<br><br>AND Everything was as described and advertised in the photos - there were no surprises and our place was really ready to move in on the day we agreed.<br><br>Thankyou Douglas & Team

I live next door to one of the properties Douglas and Co manage in Ilford.<br><br>Unprofessional, unethical, and zero customer service. After a man passed away, they did not clean his room. I had to evacuate my own home as the unclean state invited insects, flies, etc. My young children had to endure being away from home for days, missing school.<br><br>I emailed him several times, first being 07.09.24. Up until now, he couldn't be bothered to contact me.<br><br>Keep your properties safe and away from him.
