Used Crown Surveyors on the purchase of a house in Walthamstow. The team was fast, responsive and the report was very thorough. Their website made booking easy and after providing the contact details of the estate agent, they took care of the scheduling. The survey was thorough, clear and extensive and delivered within the quoted time. We think the most valuable part of their service was the follow up call with Yassar to help us understand the report. As first time buyers with little experience it can be hard to know what you’re looking for and how critical the findings are. Yassar was able to contextualise the findings for us given the age, style and location of the property and highlight what really needed attention. The report and the follow up call gave us the confidence to continue with our offer and make further enquiries.
