RES Property Surveyors are known to me through work and they were excellent from start to finish. A big shout out to Josh Schwegler who did my Homebuyers Survey. He explained everything clearly and was always happy to provide answers to any follow questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

RES Property Surveyors was recommended to us by another surveyor who had previously carried out a survey for a member of the family as he was unavailable. Good start. This was made even better by the speed of responses to this referral and follow ups when I had questions. Josh Schwegler was excellent. He understood that we had some concerns and dealt with these accordingly in his survey which was received only a few days after he had attended the property. The survey report was very thorough and reassuringly comprehensive. Josh then answered some initial questions and follow ups by email before we had a very detailed call when he explained and clarified certain findings in the survey. Josh’s previous experience working for Southwark Council was invaluable in dealing with a number of our concerns. Highly recommended.
