The process was incredibly easy and stressless. The firm was the first to respond to my request for a quotation. Devon was available within a few day of my request, came promptly, and was able to return the report within a few business days. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good service experience or operating on a deadline.

RES Surveyors were excellent. After providing them with the necessary information, I had a survey conducted within 3 days and the report delivered two working days later. Devon was brilliant and very professional. H2B requested additional detail on my report, and when I requested this, Devon also turned this around within 2 working days. I would highly recommend RES.

Excellent service from start to finish. The quotation was prompt and thorough, and once instructed they arranged the survey with the estate agent quickly. The report was delivered in good time, was detailed and included helpful photos. I also asked a few follow-up questions and the response was quick with clear and helpful answers. We had a very high quality of service from RES Surveyors - they were very prompt to arrange a survey within a week of our request. Our surveyor, Josh Schwegler MRICS, then exceeded our expectations by providing his report within two days of the survey. Josh offered us a follow-up phone call to discuss the survey, which was very helpful to informally discuss our queries, big and small. This has really helped inform our dialogue with the conveyancers.
